We record account creation, image/video task submission and outcomes, successful downloads, checkout sessions and verified payments in our own private database. We use a signed first-party visitor cookie and local storage to connect visits with accounts, initial and recent acquisition sources, campaign parameters and approximate country. These records support service operations and conversion analysis independently of the third-party analytics preference switch.

Our analytics tables do not contain raw IP addresses, email addresses, prompts, uploaded media or complete sensitive URLs. Event details are retained for up to 90 days, with cleanup triggered by traffic; account attribution and business order records follow their respective retention policies. We do not fabricate historical attribution when a source is unavailable. Third-party analytics and advertising services remain subject to their separate permission settings, which can be changed using the privacy settings controls on the site.

**Website analytics:** When you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and the registration, generation, download, pricing and checkout funnel. We retain first and most recent acquisition sources in your browser for up to 30 days, including campaign parameters and a referring domain. We use an approximate country derived from the network connection; it is not nationality and may reflect a VPN. Attribution and checkout country can be stored with your Stripe transaction. Purchase events use authenticated, server-verified Stripe amounts and currency, rather than URL amounts. Analytics parameters exclude email addresses, prompts, uploaded content and authentication tokens. You can change analytics preferences through the cookie settings button. Microsoft Clarity loads only after analytics consent; marketing consent is separate. Browser blocking and declined consent can leave gaps in reports. With analytics consent, our own database also stores bounded acquisition sources linked to an anonymous visitor and, after sign-in, your internal account, plus registration, generation, checkout, purchase, refund and download conversion records. It excludes prompts, uploaded content and full IP addresses. Conversion event details and inactive anonymous attribution are removed after 90 days; order attribution snapshots remain with business order records. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future collection; it does not automatically erase previously collected records.

**Meta advertising measurement:** With your permission through our advertising privacy settings, we load the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, new Google and email account registrations, checkout starts, and verified Stripe purchases. An email registration event represents account creation, before email confirmation. Meta receives browser and connection information (such as IP address, browser details, cookies and page URLs), event names, and, for purchases, the transaction identifier, amount and currency. We do not intentionally include your email address, image prompts or uploaded content in event parameters. Automatic advanced matching is disabled. Meta may use this information to measure and personalize advertising according to its own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

You can decline this optional measurement or withdraw permission at any time using “Ad privacy settings” on the website. Declining does not affect your ability to use Imgedify. Withdrawing permission stops future Meta measurements from our integration; it does not delete information already received by Meta. Your preference is stored locally in your browser.
